Shipping is convenient and easy! Orders on in-stock products, received before 10:00am on business workdays (Monday thru Friday), are usually shipped the same day! Orders are typically shipped from Fontana, California.
We primarily ship via UPS, however, depending on the circumstances (destination, size and weight) we may use either UPS, Fedex or Freight. All shipping costs are based off of destination, size and weight. Please use our shipping calculator to obtain a shipping quote. Below is a general time guideline and costs for shipments.
- Ground Shipping can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days (does not include the day of the shipment).
- 3 Day Select can take anywhere from 3 to 4 Business Days (does not include the day of shipment).
- 2nd Day Air can take anywhere from 2 to 3 Business Days (does not include the day of shipment).
- Next Day Air can take anywhere from 1 to 2 Business Days, (does not include the day of the shipment).

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee program will ensure that every product you purchase from our store will meet your satisfaction.
If you’re not satisfied with your product please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange, credit or money back. We do not charge re-stocking fees on returns unless otherwise specified in this section below.
Please be sure to inspect your order upon delivery. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any damage or missing parts. We will quickly replace the damaged product or ship any missing parts.
Returns on large over-sized products weighing more than 150 lbs. will incur a 15% restocking fee.
We are unable to accept returns on custom printing or embroidery orders.
To process your return or exchange, please be sure to follow the steps below:
- Please call our customer service department at 1-888-934-9920, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST or e-mail us at service@allshieldsafety.com and request an exchange, credit or money back.
- We will then provide you with a return authorization number. Please write this number on your return label and on the outside of the packaging.
- Please ship your return back to us via a trackable method such as UPS, FED EX, or DHL.
Your refund or exchange will normally take between 5 and 10 business days. - Ordering

We continually monitor our product selection to make sure we have the lowest prices available on the internet. So if you see an item for less, please let us know and we will make every effort to provide a price match. We will then attempt to match that price by providing you with a credit that can be applied to your order.
