- We have four convenient ways for you to place your safety order. You can:
- Place your order here via our online store. This is the easiest and most convient method for our customers.

- How do I create an account?
- You will be prompted to register for a new account during the checkout process of your first order. You can also click on the My Account link and then click on the Create An Account button to create your new account. Creating an account with Allshield Safety, Inc. will provide fast and easy future checkouts, allow you to check the status of your order and provide tracking information for your order.
- Do I need to create an account before I can place an order?
- No, you can simply checkout as a guest and avoid setting up a new account. If you select guest checkout you may call our customer service during business hours to check the status of your order.
- What do you charge for shipping and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Shipping is convenient and easy! Orders on in-stock products, received before 11:00am on business workdays (Monday thru Friday), are usually shipped the same day! Orders are typically shipped from Fontana, California.
We primarily ship via UPS, however, depending on the circumstances (destination, size and weight) we may use either UPS, Fedex or Freight. All shipping costs are based off of destination, size and weight. Please use our shopping cart shipping calculator to obtain a shipping quote. Below is a general time guideline and costs for shipments.
- Ground Shipping can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days (does not include the day of the shipment).
- 3 Day Select can take anywhere from 3 to 4 Business Days (does not include the day of shipment).
- 2nd Day Air can take anywhere from 2 to 3 Business Days (does not include the day of shipment).
- Next Day Air can take anywhere from 1 to 2 Business Days, (does not include the day of the shipment).

- How do I set up a corporate account?
- You can apply for a corporate account by contacting our customer service department at 1-888-934-9920 or e-mailing us at service@allshieldsafety.com.
- What are your payment terms for corporate accounts?
- Credit terms will be established by our customer service department once your corporate account is activated.
- What if I can't find an item in your store?
- If there's a safety product you can't find please contact our customer service department at 1-888-934-9920 or e-mail us at service@allshieldsafety.com to check on availability.
- Can I return or exchange a product?
- Yes. Your total satisfaction is our goal. We offer a money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not happy with an item, let us know and we will quickly replace it, issue a credit or provide a refund.
